General Summary of Position
Schedule: Must be available for Day/Evening/Night Shift and Weekends
Assists the Manager(s), in Patient Access with the overall operations of the assigned department within the Patient Access division. Supervises the duties of the Patient Access Representatives. Maintains exemplary levels of customer service in all interactions as they relate to customer service.

Education
- Associate's degree preferred or
- One to three years formal training preferred
Experience
- 1-2 years of progressively more responsible job-related experience in hospital admissions, hospital or medical business office with experience in insurance, patient registration and the patient admission process required
