Description
Status: Full-time, 40-hours per week
Schedule: Day/Evening (6:00am-2:30pm and 11:00am-7:30pm) with rotating weekends
The Guest Relations Associate provides customer service and hospitality to patients and visitors in all areas of the facility. Interfaces with patients, visitors, and all levels of associates. Assists visitors in signing in, issues badges, offers directions, and escorts them if needed. Provides coverage of switchboard and responsible for assigned clerical support tasks. May be assigned special projects as needed to include data entry into existing databases and creation of new spreadsheets and databases.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting or knowledge of medical terminology preferred and
- Previous customer service experience preferred
