General Summary of Position
With expertise in organizational and employee communication and under the direction of the Assistant Vice President for Research Communications, responsible for developing and managing internal communications and operational initiatives for the MedStar Health Research Institute.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Management or related field). required
Experience
- 3-4 years communication, corporate internal communications, and/or program management experience. required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to exercise independent judgment. Business acumen and leadership skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively interact with all levels of management, internal departments, and external agencies. Working knowledge of various computer software applications.
This position has a hiring range of $80,995 - $152,027
