General Summary of Position
Responsible for providing Occupational Health information and guidance to MedStar associates through the remote OHCC. Communicates and provides current and accurate information to associates as identified in clinical guidance and resources provided. Requires the ability to utilize technical telecom and computer software to effectively perform the role. Ability to multitask and navigate multiple sources of electronic medical record and reports to effectively provide information to associates. Ability to communicate and consult with managers and assistant managers when complex issues arise. Displays strong skills in listening, caring communication, problem solving, and teamwork.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Completion of required education for clinical field required and
- Associate's degree required and
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
- 3-4 years clinical experience required and
- Previous clinical call center experience preferred
Licenses and Certifications
- NP - Nurse Practitioner - Licensed Upon Hire required or
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure Upon Hire required or
- PT - Physical Therapist Upon Hire required or
- Health Services\OT - Occupational Therapist - Registered Upon Hire required or
- ST - Speech Therapist Upon Hire required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer skills required. Strong clinical and decision-making skills. Organization, time management skills and ability to multitask and maintain efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced telecommunication environment. Must demonstrate superb customer service and problem-solving skills.
This position has a hiring range of $74,214 - $134,596
