We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Healthcare Business Analyst with expertise in Workforce Management Systems. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to analyze, implement, and optimize workforce management solutions, ensuring alignment with the organization's healthcare operations and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of healthcare workflows, workforce management technologies, and business process improvement.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, Computer Science or similar field required
- One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience.
Experience
- 3-4 years in business analysis, with a focus on workplace management systems (e.g., Symplr, Kronos, UGK, Workday, Time and Labor, etc). required
- One year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, including clinical and non-clinical scheduling and timekeeping
This position has a hiring range of $80,995 - $152,027
