Find your calling at Mercy! Demonstrates proficiency in food preparation and meal assembly in all positions. Sets up and breaks down serving stations. Inventories and orders food and supplies following menus. Ensures tasks are completed when manager is not available. Directs the efforts of others. Position Details:

Qualifications:
Preferred Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Preferred Work Experience: Minimum of 90 days experience in hospital food service
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Maintains relationship with patients and customers to attain quality satisfaction of food.
Is courteous, considerate and cooperative when communicating with all patients, guests, team members, and hospital personnel.
Ability to work in direct contact with a variety of foods.
Able to meet schedule requirements (attendance and punctuality).
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
