??? What You'll DoFront Office & Patient Experience
- Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
- Answer and manage incoming calls, ensuring timely follow-up
- Collect and enter patient information promptly
Administrative & Clinical Support
- Support physicians with daily schedules and updates
- Process patient documentation, dictation, and records
- Assist with insurance pre-certifications and eligibility
- Help manage billing support tasks, audits, and accounts payable
Office Coordination
- Maintain organized records, files, and office supplies
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail with confidentiality
- Track reports, logs, and assist with special projects
Technology & Team Communication
- Utilize EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools effectively
- Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and team members
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of medical office or clerical experience
- Strong computer and typing skills (55–60 WPM)
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed
- Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform routine physical tasks
