Description
Find your calling at Mercy! Provides case management/therapy for patients and families to enhance their psychosocial functioning. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with mission, values, and Mercy service standards.
The team currently includes four therapists and PRN support. Therapists typically see an average of six clients per day in one-hour sessions, with dedicated time built into the schedule for lunch, documentation, care plans, insurance and court paperwork, school coordination, and family communication. Most services are provided on-site and in person; however, flexible scheduling—including limited hybrid or virtual work options—is available. Overall, this role offers a supportive, structured environment with meaningful flexibility. Position Details:
Qualifications:
Education: Master's degree required in Social Work
Licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years Behavioral Health experience preferred.
Preferred Other: Co-worker must be able to communicate orally, in writing and demonstrate proficient computer skills. Co-worker must be able to listen and to understand and explain complex situations.
