Description
Find your calling at Mercy! Lead the RFP process, vendor selection, negotiation of complex legal terms/conditions and pricing with Executive Leadership at Mercy and vendors. Negotiations are often compromised by coworkers providing budget information or committing the contract to a certain vendor.
Contribute to annual multimillion dollar savings through negotiations.
Renegotiate contract renewals assigned; lower pricing or reduce price increase, ensure security review was completed and renegotiate terms and conditions if required.
Develop, motivate and manage a team of professional level employees with heavy workload in a hectic environment.
Research information regarding requested technology and serves as a resource with knowledge of Mercy Technology requirements.
Negotiate with vendor to resolve escalated issues.
Develop and maintains SharePoint, ServiceNow and MTS contract sites and reports for department.
Review invoices and negotiate if required.
Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Position Details:
Hybrid position 25% Ministry Office and 75% remote.
Location: Mercy Ministry Office - 14528 S. Outer Forty, Suite 300, Chesterfield, MO 63017.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in business or IT
Experience: Five (5) years' experience in Project Management, Contract Negotiations
Preferred Qualifications
Other Skills and Knowledge:
Healthcare experience preferred.
