Mercy is recruiting Emergency Physicians to join our brand new, state‑of‑the‑art 50‑bed Emergency Department at Mercy Hospital Fort Smith. Since opening the new ED, our volumes are growing quickly, and we are expanding our physician team with full‑time or PRN options.
Mercy Emergency Department – Fort Smith
- Level III Trauma & Certified Stroke Center
- ~70,000 annual visits
- 9‑hour shifts with overlap each shift
- Flexible scheduling, equal parity, no partnership
- No single coverage
- New CT located in the ED

Compensation:
- Full‑Time: Up to $305/hour + $100K Recruitment Incentive + Paid Relocation
This Position Offers:
- Integrated health system with excellent hourly rate plus incentive pay
- $100,000 recruitment incentives plus paid relocation tailored to your needs including sign-on/commencement bonus, resident/fellow stipends, etc.
