Virtual Primary Care RN Overview:
The vEngagement RN provides individualized virtual care for high-risk patients that benefit from ongoing chronic disease management via remote patient monitoring software. In partnership with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and advance practitioners, the RN is responsible for creating strong patient relationships, proactively monitoring patient vitals, conducting video visits in between regular office visits, and providing individualized care to keep patients healthier and out of the hospital.
Virtual Primary Care RN I Qualifications:
- Education: Graduation from an accredited registered nursing program. Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent work experience
- Licensure: Active Missouri RN licensure required. Must be eligible for licensure in other states
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of healthcare experience required
- Certification/Registration: BLS Certification
Virtual Primary Care RN II Qualifications:
- Education: Graduation from an accredited registered nursing program. Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent work experience
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience required. Previous telemedicine, internal/family medicine, or care management experience preferred
Licensure and Certifications: Active Missouri RN licensure required. Must be eligible for licensure in other states. BLS Certification
