Job Description:

We are looking for a self-motivated summer intern to serve as an IT Project Coordinator to manage and oversee a cross-functional digital initiative with defined scope and timeline. Key responsibilities include delivering project on time within budget and scope, holding all team members accountable, escalating when necessary, and ensuring critical stakeholders are informed and aligned.   

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

• Develop project scopes, detailed project plan to track progress and objectives.
• Manage internal stakeholders to deliver digital solution on time and in good quality.
• Proactively provide feedback and advice towards program management best practices.
• Regularly report the status of all programs, progress vs. plan, risks & issues to internal business stakeholder per communication plan. Recommend risk remediation strategy.
• Maintain relationships and communication with all key stakeholders- set and manage customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Excellent organization, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Detailed oriented for execution while thinking and leading at the strategic level.
• Experience building and managing reports.
• Independent problem solver and self-oriented leader to deliver results

Salary: $20/hour
