Pay Range: $25.69 - 34.19 hourly (pay depending on experience and location) Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle As NFM's Payroll Analyst you are responsible for all payroll related processing responsibilities, including compiling payroll statistics, maintaining payroll control records, and calculating payrolls. This is a hybrid position requiring the candidate to reside in NE, MO, KS or TX. Job Duties: A Day in the Life Process: Accurately prepare and process bi‑weekly payrolls, including earnings, deductions, and direct deposits Review: Validate payroll data to ensure accuracy and completeness; research and resolve discrepancies or variances Calculate: Compute pay in accordance with company policies, wage and hour regulations, and applicable laws Interpret: Review, interpret, and accurately enter garnishments, child support orders, and other legal deductions Support: Respond to complex payroll‑related questions from employees and leaders with professionalism and discretion Maintain: Support ongoing maintenance of payroll systems, commission systems, and related tools used in payroll operations Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love—because that's what we love. Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes? Assoc. Degree in business related field preferred 2-4 years payroll processing experience 2-4 years PC experience including a working knowledge of Windows, Excel, and database applications Ability to work some nights, Saturdays, and/or early morning hours based on business needs Payroll systems, Timekeeping systems, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check
