At NorthBay Health the Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer plays a critical role in shaping and executing the strategic direction for a rapidly expanding multi-hospital healthcare system with an expansive ambulatory network. Reporting directly to the CEO and as an active member of the executive leadership team, this executive will oversee various key functions including strategic planning, new business ventures, mergers & acquisitions, partner affiliations, market expansions, and strategies to drive growth. Additionally, this role will be responsible for leading efforts in sales, marketing & communications, government & public affairs, and real estate development. 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience: Proven track record of leadership and success in developing and implementing strategic initiatives in a complex and fast-paced environment. Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions. 
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives. Experience in mergers & acquisitions, strategic planning, and real estate development preferred. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organization, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.

• Compensation:  Annual salary range is $400K - $600K  offered rate is commensurate with experience.
