Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Process daily shipping and receiving activities accurately and efficiently.
  • Receive, verify, and stock incoming vendor shipments using SAP warehouse management system.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Ensure order picking, packaging, and shipping processes consistently meet quality standards, protect products in transit, and exceed customer expectations.
  • Perform final inspection of products prior to shipment to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve vendor shipping discrepancies and related issues.
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional warehouse and shop environment.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
  • Ability to safely operate, or learn to operate, warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • 0 to 2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with SAP S4 Hana ERP preferred.
Work Environment
  • Work is performed in a warehouse setting that includes shipping and receiving operations, inventory storage areas, and a machine shop environment.
