Reporting to the VP, Operations, this position is responsible for overseeing the Managers responsible for a portfolio of clients and all aspects of Paladin business within those portfolios. The Branch Manager will work directly with the Client Service Managers / Security Programs Managers / Contract Managers to regularly meet with clients and security staff to ensure that everyone's needs are met. Based out of Regina, Saskatchewan, the Branch Manager will be able to travel for business within the province as required.
Key Responsibilities Portfolio Management
- Ensure Managers maintain complete and up-to-date Site Orders in both hard copy (on site) and digital format (network server).
- Ensure required Site Training and Employee Orientation programs are in place.
- Collaborate with the management team and People & Culture to ensure adequate staffing resources.
- Meet with the Management Team to confirm sufficient trained security staff are available to meet contractual obligations.
- Assist Managers with escalated incidents and ensure appropriate actions are taken.
- Work with Managers to ensure Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports are completed and reviewed with clients, as required.
- Monitor accounts receivable and support Accounting to ensure client accounts remain current.
- Meet with clients to ensure services are delivered in accordance with client expectations, best interests, and Paladin's Code of Ethics.
- Ensure accuracy in scheduling software and collaborate with Managers and Portfolio Resource Coordinators.
- Support and mentor Client Service Managers, Security Program Managers, Contract Managers, Site Managers, and Site Supervisors to promote succession planning.
- Review the financial performance of contracts, ensuring cost effectiveness through overtime reduction, appropriate staffing levels, and margin control.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients within the portfolio.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure client needs and objectives are being met.
- Ensure clients and tenants are informed of and satisfied with services provided.
- Conduct ongoing security evaluations of client facilities and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Analyze business margins on a contract-by-contract basis to ensure profitability; reviews conducted at least monthly.
- Assist in negotiating billing rates to maintain expected margins.
- Ensure successful implementation of business metrics aligned with site-specific needs and goals.
- Leverage Paladin best practices, innovations, and operational advancements to support clients, employees, and programs.
- Perform additional duties as required to support corporate or branch initiatives.
- Respond to client and staff communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Share relevant information internally to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Remain on-call as an after-hours resource for emergencies.
- Provide regular updates to the Director of Operations regarding significant company or client matters.

Bachelor's Degree
Education in Law Enforcement or equivalent
Previous managerial/supervisory experience
Valid Security Licence
