 Job Responsibilities   

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients within the mobile portfolio.
• Ensure Mobile Security Officers receive required training, performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary guidance when needed.
• Maintain sufficient trained staffing levels to meet contractual obligations while minimizing overtime.
• Oversee daily mobile operations, ensuring adherence to post orders, scheduled activities, and Mobile Department orientation standards.
• Partner with People & Culture (P&C) to ensure adequate staffing levels and participate in interviewing, onboarding, and supporting Mobile Security Officers.
• Respond to alarms, assign operational tasks, and conduct or delegate required hourly check-ins.
• Monitor incident reports, conduct site assessments, and provide clients with appropriate security recommendations.
• Review and manage portfolio profitability, including analyzing contract margins and supporting billing rate negotiations.
• Support financial tracking by monitoring accounts receivable and coordinating with accounting as required.
• Act as an after-hours resource for emergencies and ensure timely communication with clients, staff, P&C, Operations, and the Director of Mobile Operations.
• Promote Paladin's services professionally and ensure client satisfaction with service delivery.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support mobile operations, branch objectives, and corporate initiatives.    Salary Range CAD$ 60,000 - 65,000

First Aid/CPR
Post secondary education in law enforcement from a recognized institution or equivalent experience
Teaching and/or training experience is required
Minimum 5 years experience security or related field

Valid Class 5 BC Drivers License
Valid BC Security Licence
OFA I
