Paladin Security is seeking experienced Security Officers to join our team at a shopping centre in Abbotsford.

Pay Rate: $19.50/hour

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular foot patrols throughout the site
• Provide excellent customer service
• Communicate with clients, tenants, members of the public, and emergency responders
• Handle evictions and de-escalate conflict situations
• Write detailed incident reports
• Enforce property rules and bylaws
• Other duties to meet operational needs

You are a good fit if you have:

• A valid BC Security Worker License
• Prior work experience in the security industry and customer service
• Experience handling aggression or dealing with incidents independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Physical ability to complete the job duties, including patrolling indoors and outdoors for the majority of your shift
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
• AST certification is an asset
