Responsibilities

Join a dynamic team at Maternal Fetal Medicine of Puget Sound, part of Pediatrix Medical Group, in Seattle, Washington, and become our 14th BC/BE Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist.

  • Full Spectrum Practice: Embrace a diverse caseload at Swedish Medical Center-First Hill, with consultative services extending to Everett and Issaquah. Participate in the care of patients from the Pacific Northwest and southern AK.
  • Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a team of dedicated professionals in a state-of-the-art facility. Swedish Medical Center-First Hill boasts 7,500 annual deliveries, a PICU, and a 70+ bed NICU managed by our affiliated physicians, with access to various pediatric subspecialties.
  • Comprehensive Support: Benefit from robust inpatient support, including MFM ARNP postpartum rounding, 24-hour OB hospitalist assistance, and overlapping OB-Nocturnist coverage every night of the week.
  • Educational Opportunities: Engage in teaching activities with OB/GYN residents, fostering the next generation of medical professionals.
  • Clinical Expertise: Showcase your proficiency in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including deliveries, prenatal diagnosis, ultrasound, and genetics. While experience in fetal echo and/or CVS is valued, it is not mandatory.
  • Research Emphasis: Explore and contribute to the latest advancements in maternal fetal medicine, with support from Pediatrix sponsored trials and local organizations.

Compensation: $400,000 to $450,000 depending on experience
