Certification Details
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, EFM, State License Verification, NURSYS Verification.
• NIH Stroke Certification and other certifications tailored to specific units as required.

Job Details
• Registered Nurse specialty at PHP Miami Valley Hospital within the Premier Health Partners hospital system.
• Seeking candidates for a travel/contract position in Dayton, OH.
• 36 or 48-hour contract with a targeted patient ratio of 1:5-6.
• Experience in Work History section for SD or PCU is required for application.
• ICU experience does not count towards SD/PCU experience at this facility.

Job Requirements
• EPIC experience is necessary.
• Must pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting.
• BLS, NIH required, ACLS preferred - must be able to interpret strips.
• IV Start capability is essential.
• Candidates will be fitted for N95 or offered PAPR if needed.
• 1.5 years experience and some level 1 or 2 preferred.
• Travel experience preferred.

Schedule Information
• Traveler will be first to float at Premier's discretion.
• May float in/out of specialty clusters to medically appropriate assignments or support the unit.
• If assigned to MVH, floating between campuses may be required.
• Traveler must be available to work every other weekend/holiday.
• Premier Health reserves the right to cancel shifts due to low census per contract terms.
• Premier Health reserves the right to cancel the agreement with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fine.

Unit Specific Information
• Advanced Care Unit: Daily average census: 31.
• Navy Blue Scrubs requirement.

Additional Details
• Request RTO with initial submittal; no RTO will be added after the offer.
• RTO approval is at the Manager's discretion.
