- General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: General Diagnoses include ARDS, Sepsis, Stroke, STEMI, DKA, Post-op complications, Cardiogenic shock, GIB, COPD exacerbation, encephalopathy, Liver failure, Drug overdose, ESRD on CRRT; Block scheduling is not guaranteed; No Travel Pairs (regardless if one is on another unit)
- Ratio / Census: 1:2-3 (Traveler should be prepared for the possibility of taking a 3rd patient); 24 Rooms with average daily census of 19
- Unit Systems: Pyxis, Epic, SBAR
- Scrub Color: Navy Blue
- RTO: MAX 7 days
- Weekends: Every other weekend
- Floating: Yes, within facility
- Call Requirements: Not specified
- Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.

- New Year's Eve and Day: Sunday, December 31 & Monday, January 1
- Memorial Day: Monday, May 27
- Independence Day: Thursday, July 4
- Labor Day: Monday, September 2
- Thanksgiving/Black Friday: Thursday, November 28 & Friday November 29
- Christmas Eve and Day: Sunday, December 24 & Monday, December 25
- Compliance: Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule.
