Job Summary
The Mobile Integrated Health Supervisor takes on the role of providing clinical oversight and coordination for all facets of Mobile Integrated Health within the designated service areas of PHAS. This position carries the responsibility of ensuring operational program preparedness in collaboration with the Manager of Mobile Integrated Health and other leaders as needed. Responsibilities encompass the continuous monitoring of day-to-day program operations, quality assurance/quality improvement (QA/QI) activities, training, education, and data tracking. The ideal candidate is preferred to possess Community Paramedicine credentials and demonstrate knowledge and compliance with Prisma Health's values of compassion, dignity, excellence, integrity, and teamwork.Accountabilities
Maintain electronic records for data and tracking. - 15%
Management of the EPIC work que. - 15%
100% CQI of all MIH EHRs. - 25%
Education, Training of new and current employees. Scheduling reoccurring training. - 5%
Manage documentation as required by CLIA. - 10%
Respond to facilitate procedural or Telehealth assistance to on duty staff. - 5%
Maintain professional relationships with Prisma and non-Prisma facilities. - 5%
Coordinate and execute program requirements within the guidelines of Prisma Health Administration. - 5%
Continue to carry a patient load that maximizes operational productivity at Manager discretion. - 15%
Supervisory / Management Responsibilities
Job has direct and/or indirect supervision of team members that may include final budget authority, hire/termination authority, performance appraisal responsibility, and disciplinary authority. Job will considered a member of management staff at Prisma Health and will have direct reports.
Minimum Requirements
Associate's Degree - Technical
5 years - Paramedic experience
Required Certifications, Registrations, Licenses
South Carolina Paramedic License or National Registry Paramedic License
Community Paramedic Certification CP-C
Valid Driver's License and an acceptable motor vehicle record as defined by the Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Chart
ACLS, BLS, and PALS
Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities
SC DHEC Education and Training credentials - preferred
5+ years of Supervisory experience - preferred
Basic computer skills with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
Data entry skills
Mathematical skills
Knowledge of office equipment (fax/copier)
