Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing outstanding customer service, knowledgeable about our menu offerings, and committed to creating a positive dining experience for our residents and guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring resident satisfaction in a fast-paced sit-down dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options, including specials and recommendations.
- Take accurate food and drink orders from residents.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner and ensure that their needs are met during their dining experience.
- Monitor resident satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and restocking supplies as necessary.
- Adhere to health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with food handling and sanitation protocols.
- Attend staff meetings and participate in training sessions to enhance service skills and knowledge of menu items.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience as a Server or in a customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating tips.
- Knowledge of food and beverage pairings is a plus.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to [insert weight] lbs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
