Description
- Make the daily schedule and obtain commitments from all vendors, Tank washes and Shops
- Ensure equipment is ready for use at the appointed time, utilizing all equipment and sources to do so
- Manage tank washes to vendors expectations and to institute and keep track of NCR's that involve the scope of this position and operations.
- Work with Maintenance facility on a daily basis to ensure all trailers are in a high level of repair and in full compliance to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all QC preventative maintenance standards
- Assist Load planner in making asset assignments, ensuring that complete work assignments can be sent to all drivers
- Cross Train with Load Planner to provide backup support as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Education
- 2 Year Business Degree preferred
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent, Required
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities (Competencies)
- 2 –3 years' experience Dispatcher or Transportation Operations Experience
- Basic knowledge of the company's various business operations
- Computer knowledge
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication skills and ability to deal with people
- TMW software experience desired

The E/P will work closely with the load planner to have the correct equipment ready for loading at the appointed time.
