Event Senior Specialist

From keeping the operational gears turning to supporting high-impact, large-scale events, your work will be felt across the business. - Get hands-on experience supporting large-scale, high-visibility events, building foundational skills in planning, logistics, and execution.

- Learn from experienced event professionals, agencies, and vendors, developing your skills through mentorship and real-world collaboration.
- Provide operational support to the events team, including managing documentation, scheduling meetings, and maintaining Slack channels for seamless communication.
- Track and manage event contracts and financial documentation, including quotes, scope of works (SOW) and request for proposals (RFP); collaborate with finance to ensure accurate tracking and timely payments.
- Onboard contractors and agencies, ensuring they have access to necessary systems, documents, and event information to ramp up quickly.
- Support event execution, coordinating program elements, ordering and managing swag and materials, and assisting with travel arrangements for site visits and customer participation.
- Assist with research and project and deadline management, helping senior team members stay organized and informed across multiple event initiatives.
- Deliver excellent customer and internal support, managing event inboxes and Slack channels, maintaining service plans and documentation, and coordinating attendee services like info desks and accessibility accommodations.
- 3+ years of professional event marketing experience, ideally within a tech company or fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with pre-event planning and onsite execution, including customer-facing conferences and internal events such as Sales Kickoffs (SKOs).
- Proficient in Slack and Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs); experience with Tableau and Salesforce is a plus.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with procurement and finance, especially in managing contracts, SOWs, and payments.
- Experience using event technology platforms such as Cvent, Eventbase, Rainfocus, or Splash is preferred.
- Proven ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities with strong organization and attention to detail.

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
