Why We Have This Role
Our Healthcare Account Executive team plays a pivotal role in closing experience gaps across some of the world's largest healthcare organizations. By leveraging Qualtrics' SaaS Experience Management platform, you will empower clients to innovate patient, consumer, and employee experiences. This role demands a driven hunter who can build and nurture strong client relationships remotely and in person, collaborating with internal partners to deliver meaningful outcomes in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
How You'll Find Success
- Takes initiative and works entrepreneurially to achieve results in complex sales cycles.
- Strong ability to acquire clients and generate pipeline across diverse healthcare accounts.
- Proven success negotiating complex deals, including multi-client contracts.
- Comfortable managing a mixed book of business (approximately 150-200 accounts) with a blend of new business hunting (70-80%) and renewals (20-30%).
- Experienced with SaaS sales, preferably in healthcare.
- Highly communicative, building trust and influence across internal teams and client stakeholders.

Things You'll Do
- Develop and maintain professional relationships across healthcare organizations, engaging multiple stakeholders at all levels.
- Drive new sales opportunities by managing a robust pipeline and leveraging inbound leads and SDR support.
- Navigate and close deals in contract negotiations with a consultative, customer-obsessed approach.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Professional Services and Product Experts to secure large strategic engagements.
- Maintain expert knowledge of Qualtrics' Experience Management platform and competitive landscape to position solutions effectively.
- Deliver consistent achievement of sales quotas with a focus on strategic growth in healthcare accounts.
What We're Looking For On Your Resume
- 3 years of successful individual sales experience with at least 1 year in a hunter closing role.
- Proven track record working in healthcare SaaS sales, or in technology sales with a strong grasp of the healthcare industry.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles typically 3-6 months.
- Strong knowledge of MEDDIC sales methodology and Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
- History of exceeding quarterly quotas and leading or contributing to high-performing sales teams.
