Job Description

We are looking for a Manager Pricing Intelligence & Process Automation to join our Rexel USA team in Dallas TX!

Summary:
The Manager Pricing Intelligence & Process Automation is responsible for leading discovery, requirements definition, and commercialization of end-to-end automation and data intelligence solutions for the Pricing Intelligence & Process Automation team. This role partners with Pricing, Sales, Supply Chain, and IT/Data stakeholders to standardize business processes across business units, translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements, and drive adoption of standardized dashboards and automated workflows that improve cycle time, automation coverage, pricing execution, and margin outcomes. Maintains strong hands-on capability with data and automation platforms to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and supportable, and serves as a backup for solution development and support as needed.

What You'll Do:

  • Own solution “commercialization” from concept through go-live: stakeholder alignment, change impacts, communications, training/enablement, documentation, and ongoing adoption measurement (e.g., dashboard adoption, cycle-time reduction)
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Pricing, Sales, Supply Chain, IT/Data) to identify process gaps, define standardized future-state workflows, and prioritize automation and data intelligence opportunities
  • Lead structured requirements gathering (process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria, data definitions, success metrics, controls), ensuring alignment to core pricing processes and adjacent functional processes
  • Provide hands-on analytical and technical support as needed (SQL queries, data validation, prototype dashboards, workflow configuration); ensure continuity when other team members are unavailable
  • Translate requirements into implementation-ready specifications for automated workflows and reporting solutions; validate feasibility and tradeoffs with development resources
  • Establish and maintain standardized KPI definitions and reporting logic to enable consistent performance measurement across business units and teams (e.g., automation coverage, pricing response cycle time, margin improvement)
  • Support solution testing and release readiness: UAT planning, user validation, defect triage, and sign-off; confirm delivery meets acceptance criteria
  • Promote repeatable standards: requirements templates, documentation, intake/triage process, and post-implementation review practices to improve delivery throughput and solution quality
  • Other duties as assigned
