Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Pricing Automation & Data Solutions Analyst to join our Rexel USA team in Dallas TX!

Summary:
The Senior Pricing Automation & Data Solutions Analyst is responsible for designing, building, and supporting automated end-to-end solutions and standardized data intelligence products for the Pricing Intelligence & Process Automation team. This role delivers scalable workflows and reporting solutions that standardize pricing-adjacent business processes across functional teams and business units, leveraging strong database and automation skills. Primary responsibility is hands-on development and operational support of automations and dashboards, while partnering with stakeholders to refine requirements and serving as backup to other team members.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain automated workflows and end-to-end process solutions using approved data and automation platforms (including strong hands-on use of SQL, n8n, and Alteryx; additional platforms as applicable)
  • Own production support for automated solutions: monitoring, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, defect remediation, and continuous improvement to reduce cycle time and increase automation coverage
  • Build and optimize data pipelines, transformations, and datasets to support standardized dashboards and ad-hoc reporting; ensure data accuracy, refresh reliability, and performance
  • Translate functional requirements into technical designs and working solutions; partner with the team members to clarify acceptance criteria and ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs
  • Participate in release planning and testing: unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support; ensure readiness for go-live and stable operations post-deployment
  • Implement reusable components and standards (naming conventions, versioning, logging/monitoring approach, error handling, documentation) to improve maintainability and scale
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and self-service reporting experiences; support adoption by making outputs clear, consistent, and aligned to standardized KPI definitions
  • Provide cross-coverage: step into stakeholder discussions, requirements refinement, and commercialization activities as needed; ensure continuity when other team members are unavailable
  • Other duties as assigned
