Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility.  We currently have an opportunity for an Account Management Coordinator to join our team at our Innovation Centre located in downtown Winnipeg. As an Account Management Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for major key accounts.  This includes order processing, working with operations and logistics teams, and clearly communicating via phone and email. 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between the customer and our plant facilities or sales teams
  • Monitor and enter incoming sales orders
  • Create invoices and other documentation based on sales orders
  • Respond to customer requests for various documentation
  • Oversee and resolve complex order issues
  • Handle various customer service complaints

Qualifications:

Asset

  • Degree or diploma in Business
  • Bilingual in French and English (written and oral)
  • 2 years' customer service experience in an office environment
  • Understanding of shipments and associated documentation
  • Experience in the agricultural industry

Required

  • Able to work in-person in our downtown office 5 days/week
  • Strong computer skills in MS Word and Excel, large databases, and data entry
  • A customer service focus and ability to build relationships
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Strong numbers orientation and attention to detail
  • Self-starter; ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
