Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility.  We currently have a Business Analyst opportunity at our Richardson Pioneer Divisional Officed located 5 km outside of Regina in Richardson, SK. This role will offer support in financial management including capital and financial budgeting, capital spending, acquisitions and credit risk management. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytical support and comprehensive justification for capital expenditure proposals

  • Provide and evaluate go-to-market strategies for the business

  • Prepare management reports to monitor capital spending and key financial items throughout the fiscal year, collaborating with accounting teams

  • Create Capital Expenditure Approval (CEA) forms and perform financial analyses for capital projects, acquisitions, and other investment and profit generating activities

  • Investigate and resolve Profit & Loss inquiries while tracking key expenses

  • Provide input on budgeting processes and support operational processes including invoicing and payables

Qualifications:

  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or related program

  • 2 - 5 years' of related experience, with a strong focus on accounting, financial management, operations and risk management

  • Experience or knowledge of Western Canadian agriculture is considered an asset

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and large database systems

  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Highly detail‑oriented with strong numerical aptitude and precision in financial work
