Summary

RNDC is looking for an Innovative and Strategic Payroll Manager to join our Amazing RNDC team. The Payroll Manager Will Oversee the activities of the payroll staff, ensuring that payroll is executed accurately and timely in all markets.

In this role, you will
  • Ensure all payroll data required for timely processing is being received by the Payroll Department from our partner departments, and that payroll is delivered accurately and timely to all Associates.  
  • Multi-state, multi-frequency multi-FEIN company spanning 40 states for 14,000 Associates.  
  • Oversee Payroll projects and implementations, acting as the payroll representative for initiatives that have a payroll component.  
  • Experienced with M&A activity, and HCM systems from the payroll perspective.  
  • Oversee a payroll team of 12-15, and two supervisors, in multiple U.S. time zones. Ensure  
  • Develop supervisors, promote cross-training, and skill-building.  
  • Leading staff meetings. This can be virtually, as well as periodically travelling to payroll locations.  
  • Take charge of escalations, directing the payroll team and guiding other departments in corrective actions. Impart lessons learned afterwards to prevent future issues.  
  • Ensure all regular payments, commissions, bonuses, incentives, and miscellaneous payments are executed timely. Keep the payment database of any special programs updated throughout the year.  
  • Review and track payroll metrics, analytics, and totals, ensuring values and tolerances are in-line with trends and expectations. 
What you bring to RNDC

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred; Five years+ experience as a Payroll Manager preferred. We are an Equal Opportunity employer.
