Certification Details
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA only)
• BLS - Basic Life Support (AHA only)
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (AHA only)
• State License 1 Verification
• Fit Mask - updated annually and must be tested on RGH campus

Job Details
• NY LICENCE IN HAND REQUIRED
• 3x12 schedule
• D/N Rotation - rotation is typically 2 weeks of days and 2 weeks of nights - they will not schedule a day and a night shift back to back
• Every Other Weekend
• 12 beds. Provides care for complex surgical, neurosurgical, neurology and trauma patients including ventilators, external ventricular drains, CRRT, Neuro-Endovascular patients and procedures. The Nurse: Patient ratio is 1:2, will 1:1 ratios as necessary. Respiratory Therapists and Physician Intensivists are available 24 hrs. /day.
• This unit has limited new grad opportunities.
• 1st time travelers ok
• Travel pairs ok if they will work different schedules
• No locals (50 miles)
