Title: Clinical Department Administrator I - Ambulatory Support

Job Type:

Regular Company: Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center Department: Practice Administration Time Type: Full time Weekly Hours: 40 FTE: 1 Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Summary: Assists the Senior Administrators/Directors and Leadership of the assigned department and/or its subdivisions to manage, direct and oversee the clinical and departmental operations; organizes, administers, coordinates, and controls the activities and programs of the various subdivisions of the department.

Salary range for this position is $100,845-$127,474 which includes a comprehensive benefit package. Qualifications: Required Education and Experience
1. Master's degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in an academic healthcare or related administration setting with demonstrated success in excellent physician/professional relationships including eighteen (18) months experience in a supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial or executive capacity; or
2. Bachelor's degree and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in an academic healthcare or related administration setting with demonstrated success in excellent physician/professional relationships including eighteen (18) months experience in a supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial or executive capacity; or
3. Associate's degree and the equivalent of seven (7) years of full-time experience in an academic healthcare or related administration setting with demonstrated success in excellent physician/professional relationships including eighteen (18) months experience in a supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial or executive capacity.

NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

The preferred candidate will have a Master's degree in relevant field and have prior clinical operations experience. The preferred candidate will have experience with interpreting data sets and have planning experience. The preferred candidate will have experience with projects that have resulted in process improvement and have prior experience working with cross functional teams.
