Job Description :

Role Summary:

AAI TM Technology Delivery is seeking a Data Analytics Intern to support approved cost‑reduction and IT performance analytics initiatives. The role will focus on sourcing, integrating, and analyzing operational data to improve cost visibility, reduce manual reporting, and support active pilot portfolios, while delivering immediate operational value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and normalize operational data from multiple enterprise systems
  • Integrate labor, ticket, and application data to support cost attribution
  • Develop analytics dashboards to support cost reduction initiatives
  • Create standardized scorecards to track cost reduction progress
  • Build and maintain IT service performance dashboards
  • Automate recurring data refresh and reporting processes
  • Document data definitions, assumptions, and analytics logic

Primary Data Sources

  • Insights Data (IT labor and timesheet details)
  • ServiceNow – Incidents, Service Requests, Enhancements
  • ROL / RCT API error log reports
  • Application, portfolio, and customer metadata

Required Technical Skills / Tools

  • Power BI – data models, measures, dashboards
  • Alteryx – data preparation, transformation, workflows
  • Power Automate – automation of recurring processes
  • SharePoint – data storage and documentation
  • API-based data extraction (API Gateway, logs)
  • General database skills – queries, joins, formulas, transformations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required Currently enrolled toward a degree
  • Strong PC skills (Windows, MS Office, MS Project, MS Excel) intermediate required

Compensation Information :

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
