SAIC has an opportunity for an Agreements Analyst in Washington, DC! It is hybrid and requires at least 3 days/week in the office.
Job Duties
- Receive requests to develop and process Interagency Agreements, Memorandums, Service/Operational Level agreements, and Interconnection Security Agreements for various department-wide and interagency services in support of the Department of State IT Strategic Plan goal to expand IT Governance
- Prepare documentation and ensure agreement language/formatting is compliant with current Department requirements and standards
- Maintain relationships with internal and external customers and partners, as appropriate
- Facilitate communication between Department bureaus and external entities for interconnection services, memorandums, and financial agreement development
- Provide contractual support to customers in response to inquiries related to agreements including but not limited to contract PoP, specifics on deadlines for new requests, submission of funds or funds transfer, and extensions to submit products or funds
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings with stakeholders and serve as a liaison among multiple parties
- Utilize various Department-approved systems and software to process clearances and signatures for all agreements
- Monitor and track all agreement requirements and support execution of contracts for managed agreements
- Collaborate with budgetary execution team regarding financial requirements for agreements
- Coordinate processing of interagency agreements that involve funding or buy/sell transactions on G-Invoicing Treasury portal, as appropriate
- Compile and illustrate business requirements as defined by customers
- Assures that all documents are completed in accordance with established legal policies, regulations, and quality standards
- Tracks all agreements in the Agreements SharePoint site
- Contributes to regular status reports to the senior leadership
- Confers with requestors to develop and prepare assigned agreements, amendments to agreements, Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), correspondence and reports
- Works on-site on a regular basis, as required by the government customer
Qualifications
Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree & 6 years of experience in an administrative, business, or writing position; Master's degree & 4 years of experience; may accept additional experience in lieu of degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, including Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- General understanding of federal information technology policies and regulations
- Technical writing and/or experience with legal contracts
- Detail oriented, highly self-motivated team player
- Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables and deadlines
- A sense of ownership about task management and completion
- Ability to report on progress and issues upon request
- Ability to identify and propose solutions for process improvement
Required Clearance:
- US Citizenship
- Active interim secret clearance or higher.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain secret clearance.
Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
