SAIC is seeking an Assistant Simulation Analyst (Node Boss) to support the US Army at Ft. Benning, GA. This position is a 40hr a week, with flexible scheduling and is on-site at Fort Benning's Maneuver Battle Lab.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Experimentation Node Boss is experienced in understanding of current US organizations/formations, current US Army Doctrine and translating military operations orders and directives, S&T employment considerations, and designated technology specifications into constructive and virtual environments. Moreover, they are responsible for supervising, training, and managing up to 20-50 Simulation Interactors during each experimentation event.
JOB DUTIES:
- Preparation and execution of Simulation Interactor, contractor role player simulation model behavior training.
- Model integration to include Face V&V preparation and execution.
- Ensure military directives are executed tactically by simulation cluster.
- Conduct After Action Reviews (AARs) and capturing observations, insights, and recommendations identified during the reviews at the completion of experiments.
- Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of a comprehensive simulation experimentation plan to ensure successful execution of major concept development simulation experiments assigned to the Models & Simulation Branch.
- Specific activities of a Node Boss; required to support Battle Masters in preparation for simulation experiments
Qualifications
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CLEARANCE:
- Bachelors degree and 0 years' experience. Additional years' experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Preferred experience in a business related field in the use of OneSAF modeling with 2-5 years of experience.
- Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Candidate must be a US Citizen.
- Candidate must have or be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Candidate must have standard writing and oral communications skills.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in simulation modeling desired.
