SAIC is looking for an experienced Business Analyst Sr. to join our team at the DOI.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and analyze business needs.
• Establish and develop relationships between customer and stakeholders
• Research and summarize federal and organizational policies related to data management and data governance
• Review, write, and edit technical documentation and organizational policy
• Define and develop business processes, policies, roles and responsibilities, and performance metrics
• Facilitate or lead discussions or workshops to identify areas of improvement, business needs, insights and validate findings
• Analyze current state processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions to optimize workflows
• Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations to communicate policies and workflows
  Ideal candidate will possess the following skills: 
• Strong technical writing
• Ability to synthesize and distill complex information
• Ability to effectively communicate business information with a diverse audience
• Strong PowerPoint skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments
• Proactive in identifying issues or recommending improvements
• Understanding of organizational structures and organizational change management 
• Experience with IT systems, GIS systems, Geospatial data environments, and data analysis, is preferred
• Experience supporting data governance initiatives and data platform operations, is preferred

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
