SAIC has an opportunity on the Agreements Team for an IT Network & Services Coordinator in Washington, DC! The Agreements Team facilitates and coordinates various IT service agreements within the Department of State and with external partners.
This role is hybrid and reports into the office at least 3 days/week.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the SME and primary coordinator for IT networks, performing full life-cycle coordination for the processes
- Coordinate planning, analysis, quality assurance, implementation, maintenance, and/or management of network systems
- Act as the initial intake point for IT requests from various offices and coordinate actions with various stakeholders
- Serves as an ISSO on the team, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure customers adhere to and enforce IT service-related requirements
- Work with key stakeholders to coordinate the development and oversight of establishing, inspecting, maintaining, documenting, and decommissioning IT services
- Support the government lead in maintaining relationships with internal and external partners
- Coordinate engagement within bureau and other Department entities to determine the most cost- effective means to meet customers' requirements
- Prepare and coordinate work products to support the continuity of the US government's IT operations and telecommunications.
- Investigate customer concerns, collect and evaluate data, and recommend changes/enhancements based on detailed analysis
- Facilitate and coordinate cybersecurity risk-based decisions by tracking data pertaining to IT networks: usage, equipment, business justification, user location, and safeguards
- Adhere to SOP requirements, Department and federal guidance related to IT service agreements
- Initiate and facilitate various IT service agreements though their full lifecycle
- As the SME, initiate internal and external meetings on problems and issues pertaining to IT networks
- Identify processes that reduce operating costs, improve efficiency, centralize data access, and strengthen communication
Work Environment:
- Standard office environment with normal safety precautions
- Regular work at the customer's facility
Qualifications
Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's and 6 years of experience; Master's and 4 years; may accept additional experience in lieu of degree.
- Mastery of IT and cybersecurity principles, concepts, and methods
- Expertise in IT network processes and cybersecurity risk management
- Strong interpersonal, project management, and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- General knowledge of budget-related issues
- Strong knowledge of various software and platforms, such as SharePoint and other O365 tools
Required Clearance:
- US Citizenship
- Active interim secret clearance or higher.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain a secret clearance.
Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
