SAIC is seeking a highly skilled Knowledge Manager with expertise in managing complex information systems and a strong background in information assurance. The ideal candidate will be adept in the utilization and administration of IBM DOORS, OpenText Livelink, collaborative technologies and electronic records management platforms. The role demands a strategic thinker with a solid understanding of cybersecurity principles who can effectively curate, organize, and maintain technical documentation and information assets across the organization to support project management and compliance efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
· As part of the team, implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy that incorporates aligns with organizational objectives and enhances information discoverability, usability, and information assurance principles to protect organizational knowledge assets.
· Implement, manage, and ensure information assurance on knowledge management applications and platforms, maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.
· Provide guidance and leadership in the integration of requirements management practices utilizing IBM RDNG with knowledge management and information assurance strategies.
· Administer OpenText Content Suite as the central repository for records management to ensure proper classification, retention, and disposal of records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
· Deliver training and support to stakeholders on applications and platforms, knowledge management and information assurance strategies.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project lifecycle requirements and facilitate knowledge transfer.
Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the efficacy of knowledge management initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
· HS and five (5) years or more experience: Bachelors and two (2) years of more experience.
- Must have a TS/SCI clearance to obtain an poly.
· Working knowledge of information assurance and access management principles
· CompTIA Security+ certification or ability to obtain within 2 months of hire.
· Strong technical skills with the ability to quickly understand and implement new and existing technology platforms.
· Exceptional organizational skills and the capability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in engaging, educating, and training diverse user groups on security practices.
· Preferred:
· Prior experience in creating and executing knowledge management strategies that incorporate information security considerations.
· Experience with IBM Rational Doors Next Generation, Atlassian JIRA, Atlassian Confluence, Microsoft SharePoint, Electronic Records Management, OpenText Enterprise Content Suite.
Target salary range: $85,001 - $95,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
