Description - External SAIC's Intel Space Management Sector has an opening for a Launch Program Analyst who provides Director's Action Group (DAG) support to the visitor programs for the government launches, this includes supporting daily operations for a dynamic and high pace team, overseeing tracking and closure of internal/external tasks for the visitors program, meeting support, action item tracking, and potential human resource support for the government team. SAIC is providing opportunities for energetic individuals with a strong desire to expand their knowledge while increasing their responsibilities. Specifics of Primary Duties:- Provide ceremonial and visitor support for launch events and other official functions in support of the Chief of Staff.
- Experience in supporting government VIPs for travel and schedule planning to attend events
- Frequent interaction with government senior decision makers, SETA, FFRDC, external stakeholders, and development contractors with high expectations for quick turnaround times.
- Facilitate daily operations for front office or Director's Action Group (DAG) for a dynamic environment.
- Draft, coordinate, and edit internal and external correspondence.
- Collaborate across the organization and consolidate inputs and coordinate staff packages across multiple systems providing a single source of truth for the Top 4.
- Facilitate and participate in organizational meetings and prepare associated briefings and status reporting.
- Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between government customers and external/internal stakeholders.
- Gather, document, and share lessons learned throughout the organization to provide efficiencies in a high pace team in specific for the launch visitor program.
- Assess issues associated with tasks/projects and develop resolutions to satisfy customer goals and objectives.

Execute action tracking process, including receiving, recording and tracking progress and closure of action items for the organizations Top 4.

Manage schedules/meetings/appointments and associated email groups for the organizations Top 4 and coordinate across sites.

Track status of incoming and outgoing correspondence on multiple computer systems with frequent updates.

Review and provide status on tasks/projects, monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure objectives are met.

Coordinate, track, and monitor administrative and program support activities for the front office and across the other four operating sites.

Define and document organizational policies, procedures, guidance, and best practices for operations to support the organizations Top 4.
- Perform records management as needed for military personnel.
Qualifications
Qualifications - External- Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree with 5 year of relevant experience.
TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Experience with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Strong communication and coordination skills necessary.
Understanding of handling sensitive information with discretion.
Desktop software experience to include spreadsheet and briefing development and database reporting.
- Two years of space launch experience.
Experience with Collaborative tools (Confluence, JIRA).
