SAIC is looking for a Microsoft Intune Administrator to assist in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise endpoint management using both Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Microsoft Intune to join our team in Washington D.C.

Design, deploy, and manage endpoint environments using both MECM and Intune.

Configure and manage tools like Windows Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning.

Handle application packaging, software distribution, and patch management for security and updates.

Develop and enforce security and compliance policies, including Conditional Access and device encryption, in collaboration with security teams.

Use PowerShell and other scripting languages to automate tasks, deployments, and configurations.

Provide advanced (L3) technical support to resolve complex issues related to device management
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's Degree plus 9 years of experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust requiring U.S. Citizenship
Deep experience with Microsoft Intune and MECM (SCCM).
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
Strong knowledge of Azure AD, M365 services (like Exchange Online and SharePoint), and Group Policy.
Familiarity with modern security practices like MFA and Conditional Access.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
Experience in system administration or engineering roles, often with a relevant bachelor's degree.
Experience with cross-platform device management (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) is often required.
