SAIC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Analyst to join our team on a mission-critical government program in Stafford, VA. This on-site role provides hands-on Program Management support to ensure the success of a high-visibility DOD program.
As a Program Analyst, you will work closely with the Program Manager, supporting program operations, documentation, and coordination to drive program efficiency and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a central resource for program management activities, coordinating seamlessly between stakeholders and leadership.
- Plan, organize, and manage meetings, including agenda creation, capturing key action items, and follow-up to completion.
- Oversee and maintain critical program documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with government protocols.
- Develop and deliver coherent and impactful presentations, briefs, and reports to program leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage light scheduling, ensuring all deadlines, meetings, and deliverables are aligned to program milestones.
- Provide additional operational and administrative support as directed by the Program Manager to improve overall program efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional attention to detail when tracking issues, resolving challenges, and optimizing program workflows.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting program or project management activities, including managing documents, scheduling, and briefing preparation.
- Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience creating executive-level presentations or documents.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines in dynamic environments.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.
- Experience supporting a DOD or federal program, including knowledge of acquisition processes.
- Proven success in a PMO or similar program support role within government or defense sectors.
