Business Program and Project Management:

Assist with Action Items, Congressional taskers, and data calls
- Update and maintain the content management system documentation on SharePoint, the office website, and share folders. Post announcements and relevant updates for the program office website, and shared folders
- Distribute correspondence and documentation to external stake holders to facilitate office information flow
- Prepare and coordinate Senior Steering Committee briefings, including developing presentation materials and capturing meeting notes
- Conduct research, gather background information, and take notes to support team forums
- Organize initiatives and work with officers to plan off-sites or events
Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be a US Citizen with a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance

Bachelor's degree in an applicable field or at least four (4) years of work experience in the area of project management and resource management
- Minimum of four (4) years' experience supporting the IC
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise in tracking and monitoring program activities and initiatives
- Proven ability to plan and organize tasks independently
- Excellent time management
- Strong written and oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience using MS Office applications and other tools to support and track Sponsor activities
- Proven ability to work independently and identify and implement solutions to issues as they arise
- Outstanding coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and external entities
Demonstrate the following abilities:
- Exceptional corporate communication expertise with desired experience writing to both broad consumer level and executive audiences
- Ability to identify and recommend process improvement opportunities for the program
- Success in liaising across organization to collect and collate important data
- Successful experience conducting multiple layers of research and writing summaries, reports, official correspondence, and guidance
- Willingness to travel domestically
