SAIC is seeking a Program and Finance Analyst in St. Inigoes, MD to join our newly created branch within our SAIW division. This new team member will provide support to the Project Lead assisting in execution, management and operation of the project.
This position is hybrid-remote and open to candidates local to the St. Inigoes, MD area. Duties include:- Supports the Planning Programming, Budget and Execution (PPBE) process for acquisition requirements and planning/acceptance of program funding.
- Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government customer and supporting personnel on technical, financial, program/project and contract administration issues.
- Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources and controls financial and administrative aspects of the program/project with respect to contract requirements.
- Collecting, compiling and analyzing financial, project, and cost data for incorporation into teamwork plans, data calls, financial addendum, budgetary support documentation, and other financial sheets.
- Analyze actual performance data and identify trends, variances, or deficiencies from planned goals and projects.
- Communicate project status to customer and corporate management as appropriate.
- Cultivate effective working relationships with customer and partner teams to maximize productivity and customer service delivery.
- Provide N-ERP support preparing/reviewing purchase requisitions, outgoing funding documents and ability to monitor, review, and analyze various N-ERP reports.
- Anticipate problems or situations that could affect project success. Assess potential impact to the project and develop and execute the best solution. Manage escalated situations as needed.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree and at least three (3) years of experience in support of Navy acquisition management; years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree; a high school diploma or GED is required.
- Demonstrated ability to provide project cost control, monitor funding status, determine funding excesses and deficiencies.
- Working knowledge of higher-level program/competency planning and budgeting systems.
- Working knowledge of Navy Working Capital Fund (NWCF) and other regulatory policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability in communicating effectively with employees, project leaders and corporate team.
- Ability to obtain Secret level clearance.
- Navy ERP Experience.
Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
