Job Description:
Performs qualitative and quantitative analyses, including, but not limited to, project planning and execution, life cycle acquisition planning and management, risk analysis and mitigation plan development. Analyzes project requirements and provides support in the areas of business/financial/acquisition management. Also requires experience in complex programs. Demonstrated experience with work breakdown structures, cost accounting principles/financial models, schedule development and analysis, technical performance measurement, portfolio management governance, budget formulation and investment analysis support for various Acquisition Management System decisions and activities is required. Experience tracking and archiving UAS Certificates of Authorization is desired.
1. Update SharePoint databases for tracking due dates for Commercial Aviation 121 Operators FRMS (Fatigue Rest Management Systems) and FEAT plans for use by the Fatigue Management Team in monitoring and prompting industry adherence to OpSpec A317 and A319 regulations.
2. Update Fatigue Team SharePoint databases flight duty period extension reports on FRMS routes.
3. Update SharePoint part-117 based exemptions database for monitoring by the Fatigue Management Team. Contributions in Support of FAA Goals and Accomplishments
4. Process revised renewal requests from industry certificate holders for Fatigue Education and Awareness Training programs (FEAT) under OpSec A319 supporting FAA's ongoing responsibility to monitor industry's understanding of and adherence to its anti-fatigue regulations.
5. Process revised renewal requests from industry certificate holders for Fatigue Rest Management Programs (FRMP) under OpSpec A317 supporting FAA's ongoing responsibility to monitor industry's understanding of and adherence to its anti-fatigue regulations.
6. Process revised renewal requests from industry certificate holders for Flight Attendant Fatigue Rest Management Programs (FA-FRMP) supporting FAA's ongoing responsibility to monitor industry's understanding of and adherence to its anti-fatigue regulations.
Qualifications
Job Qualifications: Master's Degree in related technical or management discipline and 5 years of experience in the above duties. Master's Degree may be waived with 8 years of experience in performing the above duties and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or other related field.
US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Customer may consider AWS (Alternate Work Site) Remote
Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
