SAIC has an immediate need for a Program Analyst to support several fixed and rotary wing flight training programs.
Job Description:
The selected candidate will perform duties pertaining to PEO/PM level management of simulation and training projects. The candidate will require frequent coordination with Program Manager, customer and vendor communities and contribute to oversight of technical, cost and schedule requirements, as well as leadership of technical design, development and testing. The candidate will require extensive experience with simulated training environments including virtual and mixed reality. The candidate will be responsible for interfacing with the customer regarding various Navy aircraft trainers.
Qualifications
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of direct experience; four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
Required Skills:
- Expertise in software development environments, including game engines and virtual and mixed reality
- Experience with decomposing stakeholder requirements into simulation requirements and design
- Experience developing software for US Government customers
- Strong ability to analyze software design feasibility to contribute to trainer design
- Self-starter able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Required Clearance:
- Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance to maintain employment
Desired Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage competing interests between customers, integrators and vendors
- Familiarity with flight simulation
Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
