SAIC is seeking an experienced Training Analyst Supervisor to support enterprise training and workforce development initiatives. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maturing training programs that enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and organizational performance.

The Training Analyst Supervisor will lead the development of instructional materials, training strategies, and learning solutions while collaborating with stakeholders across SAIC and customer organizations. This position requires strong leadership, expertise in adult learning methodologies, and the ability to drive training initiatives aligned with enterprise goals.

Additional duties include providing administrative support to the PMO, requiring strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and the ability to produce technical and executive level written materials.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs, define learning objectives, and establish program priorities.
  • Develop, implement, and enhance training programs that support enterprise learning goals and operational requirements.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of instructional materials, course content, and training aids for in person and digital learning environments.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using performance metrics and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Supervise training analysts and instructional staff, providing guidance, performance feedback, and workload management.
  • Promote standardization and process reengineering to improve training efficiency and enhance learner experience.
  • Ensure training programs align with governance, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to integrate training solutions with enterprise systems and data repositories.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, process guides, governance artifacts, and knowledge transfer materials.
  • Monitor training progress, identify gaps, and implement enhancements to improve program outcomes.
     

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree + 6 years of relevant experience; or Master's Degree + 4 years; or PhD with no experience required.
  • Experience developing and managing training materials.
  • Experience with document creation and technical writing.
  • Experience with project coordination.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance. Citizenship or Green Card with 3 years of residency required.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and process improvement frameworks.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
