The Basics: Job: Business Process CoordinatorLocation: 100% on-site, Williston, ND Compensation: $23-$26 an hour Days/Hours: Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm These are just a few of the benefits you can expect from working with Savage: A culture that prioritizes our Team Members Paid Time Off (“PTO”) and paid holidays Profit Sharing Excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) Paid Parental and Uniformed Services leave What you'll be doing: Process data directly, including initiating system interfaces, creating customer invoices, processing payroll, coding AP, etc. Validate data manually or through automation Manage multiple communication channels between operations and the back-office Monitor and reinforce accounting processes and internal controls Review income statements to identify timing and posting issues for revenues and expenses Interface with teams that are functionally and geographically diverse Provide administrative support across logistics, DOT compliance, financial functions, and team member needs Interface directly with customers, provide reports, and ensure billing rates are updated accurately Responsibilities are not all-inclusive and may change based on the needs of the company Requirements to be successful in this position: Strong Computer Proficiency (Required) Windows File Explorer (Files) – download, manipulate, organize, store, etc. Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.) Must be computer savvy Current professional experience with Microsoft Excel required Web browsers Ability to learn new software quickly Working across multiple screens and open applications Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization Ability to work within a team Must be able to ask productive questions, problem-solve, and drive solutions Time management skills (Ability to prioritize, be proactive, etc.) 2 years of professional work experience (Required) Here are some of the physical requirements for this role: Position is largely sedentary in a climate-controlled office environment Sitting for extended periods of time, up to 6-10 hours per day, while working at a computer or desk Frequently uses hands and fingers for keyboarding, writing, and operating office tools Reads printed materials and computer screens, adjusts focus, and maintains attention to detail Hears and speaks frequently to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, or via virtual platforms Ability to lift, push, pull, and reach office-related supplies, files, chairs, and carts Ability to move for short periods between work areas to attend meetings or retrieve materials Exposed to standard office-related materials and substances, with low-to-moderate noise levels#IND1
