What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead/support commercial projects, including customer presentations and proposals, contract review and negotiations, pricing analysis, etc.
  • Perform market, industry, and customer research to be used in organic and acquisitive efforts
  • Drive commercial analysis, insights, and recommendations
  • Assist the Commercial Group with overall business strategy formulation
  • Assist Commercial Group in the preparation of materials for internal and external meetings
  • Establish and build relationships with key customers; participate in customer/partner meetings and provide insights
  • Attend industry conferences as needed and report on key learnings
  • Contribute to idea/lead generation and qualification for renewal, organic, and acquisitive growth opportunities
  • Responsibilities are not all-inclusive and may change based on the needs of the business

What You Need to Be Successful:

  • High business acumen, highly analytical, and experienced in finding, synthesizing, and presenting information
  • Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills  
  • Highly computer savvy including strong skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint  
  • Discreet; able to maintain strict confidentiality  
  • Strong work ethic and impeccable integrity
  • Has “Ownership” Spirit
  • Excellent attitude and the ability to embrace change and ambiguity
  • Able to work independently and with teams and meet deadlines with limited supervision
  • Highly motivated and able to identify what needs to be done to add value and get it done without needing to be told

Preferred Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, MBA preferred 
  • 5+ years of experience 
  • Prior consulting, research and analysis, business development, and commercial or FP&A experience required.
