The successful candidate will provide all data entry into financial and rail-related systems that will provide timely and accurate information for the Team Leader's review.    

What you will be doing: 

• Responsible to ensure all customer railcar and order information is processed accurately and timely in their inventory system
• Enters customer orders & railcar shipments in inventory
• Prepare documentation for truck arrivals & departures (Bill of Lading, Truck Arrival Checklist)
• Ensures all railcars inbound and outbound inspections are completed before filing
• Record and enter heating hours
• Scaling trucks in & out for load weights
• Prepare Inbound and Outbound inspections for railcars
• Coordinate with carriers for the next day's order pick-ups 
• Provide Safety Briefing to new drivers, vendors & visitors
• Answer phones and assist with customer needs
• Enter operations, payroll, accounts payable, and receivables
• Availability to work weekends

This is what we need from you: 

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Knowledge of fundamentals of Customer Service
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Read, write, understand, and follow written and/or verbal instructions in English

  Here are some of the physical requirements of this role:

• The part-time Coordinator will work on-site
• Must be able to sit for long periods
• Walk and stand on uneven ballast surfaces for long periods
